Refund policy

Return Policy:

- Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, I am unable to accept returns. 

Shipping Policy:

- Orders ship via Economy Shipping via USPS Ground Advantage which takes 3-5 days to arrive once shipped. We will ship your order very quickly but arrival times are dependent on USPS and they do not always follow the 3-5 day guideline. Priority Shipping is also available. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days to arrive. 

- Whitetail Lane Farm is not responsible for incorrect addresses listed on your order. If a package needs to be reshipped due to customer error we will send an invoice for the new shipment label.

Price Match/Price Protection Policy:

- If you purchase a product and the price drops within 24 hours from the date of your purchase, you may request a refund for the difference.
- This policy applies to all products purchased directly from US either in-store or online.

Eligibility:
- The price adjustment is only valid if the same product is available at the lower price.
- Price adjustments do not apply to items purchased during sale events or special promotions.

How to Request a Price Adjustment:
1. To request a price adjustment, please contact our customer service team via info@goatmilksoaper.com with your order details and evidence of the lower price 
2. Requests must be made within 48 hours from the purchase date.

Limitations:
- Price adjustments are limited to one request per item.
- Price protection does not extend to clearance items, bundles, or limited-time promotional offers.
